Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

This Contest is sponsored by Betting on the Wedding ("Sponsor"). The Contest is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins when the prediction pool is made available in the Betting on the Wedding app. All entries must be submitted by April 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. No predictions, edits, or updates will be accepted after this deadline. Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, suspend, or cancel the Contest if publicly available information becomes available that could materially affect the fairness of the Contest, or if the referenced wedding is postponed, canceled, or cannot be sufficiently verified.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter, download the Betting on the Wedding app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, create a free account, locate the "Taylor & Travis Wedding Special" prediction pool, and submit your predictions for all available questions. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

• Grand Prize (1st Place): $500 USD
• Second Place: $87 USD
• Third Place: $13 USD

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $600. Prizes will be awarded via PayPal, Venmo, or check at winner's preference. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Answer Verification

All answers must be verified by at least two (2) independent, reputable news sources before being marked as correct. If an answer cannot be confirmed through two credible sources, that question will be skipped and removed from consideration when calculating scores. Sponsor has sole discretion in determining what constitutes a reputable news source and whether verification requirements have been met.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be determined based on the highest number of correct predictions from verified questions only. First place goes to the participant with the most correct predictions, second place to the next highest, and third place to the third highest. In the event of a tie for any position, the tie will be broken by earliest submission time. If a tie still remains, the tied participants will split the combined prize amount for the tied position(s) equally. Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their app account within fourteen (14) days after Sponsor completes answer verification. Potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification or alternate winners may be selected. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

8. Verification of Winner

Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network congestion, or other issues beyond its control. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time. Any attempt to tamper with the Contest will result in disqualification.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at bettingonthewedding.com/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described therein.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Missouri. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class action.
